What i am thinking is..how many here would have done the same?

Or anything else you would have used it for..evil plans mebbe?

- Personally, i think i would be too scared of the ban hammer.

I think I would notify blizz if I got that stuff in my mail.
you can clearly see it's not ment for normal players.

Use: kills all in a 30 yard radius..... like.. wtf.

would you risk a lifelong ban for it?
I know I wouldn't.

Well, you wouldn't have known that Blizzard was going to give you a lifelong ban beforehand would you? Of course I'd have expected some sort of repercussion but not anything quite so drastic... Thus, in my mind, enjoyment > amount of pain expected.

I'd have taken advantage and then berated myself afterwards and pondered as to why my morals were of such low standard :)

It would be too tempting not to use it at least once.

About a week ago I ticketed a GM because I wondered what the chances were of getting an item restored that I deleted about 10 days prior to the ticket... to either get it back or get an honor refund. (might as well try, eh)

So he said he could refund the honor (!) and then after confirming the item name he said he couldn't as the item was no longer available. (some hateful bracer - wanted the honor back, but meh) so he apologised for the confusion. (idiot)

He then asked if there was anything else I wanted assistance with... I said that for the inconvenience to me.... I just said "Martin Fury?"

His reply: <.<

I expected a GM to be way more inventive with that sort of juicy offer.

lol. Some GM's are just morons, Imagine saying you can refund something before you even know what it is?

I find it wierd how some GM's will help you with stuff and others wont?

Some things they get asked are in "grey" areas. I.e. items restoring. One will tell you that he won't and/or can't, the other one says you can do it once per 6months and I had one telling me I could have easier deleted my char cause I'd get more back than I had.

Anyway, if I ever received the item mentioned in the OP, I would have contacted a GM. Using it would have been far too tempting and I'd try to get rid of it asap. I'm too addicted to get banned. ;_;
