Hej Turiel & Co.

What's happening with the activation of new users and guilds? I made a new user about a week ago which has yet to be activated? Also we're trying to get our guild on the raid progression table, but not much seems to be happening on that front? The user is called Luhzren and the guild is called Tainted. Thanks for your help! :-)

Hai!

General Forum: Notice: Enabled Admin Approval of New Registrations (http://www.shadowsongeurope.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21636)
Hey guys,

As I'm sure you've noticed we've been getting a ton of spammers in the last day.

I've enabled new user moderation which means that any new accounts will have to be activated manually by the mods.

Sorry to any genuine new users (there aren't many of you given that we're such an old server), you can talk to any of the mods to speed up this process.

Site News and Development: Edit Your Guild Data (http://www.shadowsongeurope.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14052)
I've added the ability for guild masters or a nominated member to edit their guild data on the SSE guild list.

To get access to edit the data, the guild master must post a request.

Any of the moderators/admins (Khaine, Elexin, Llort, myself) can also edit the guild data.

If any guild abuses this their right to not only edit the data but also be listed on the site will be removed.
(Yeah, yeah, now I look at that I can see that the mod/admin data is a little out of date)
For reference, the link for ANY guild is
http://www.shadowsongeurope.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=17&Itemid=30&gid=YOURGIDNUMBERHERE where "YOURGIDNUMBERHERE" is clearly replaced by your GID.
(There are also a number of occasions where I said that guilds won't show up straight away, starting from about page 20 and continuing from there)

Right now I don't know who to give edit rights for Tainted to (You, Luhzren (why do you need a new account anyway?) or Faytul (who seems to have been the one to submit it)) so when you decide who you want to edit it, let me know.

Faytul should definately be the one with the rights as admin, which he has just gotten I think. I created a new account here to have a similar logon name to the character name.

Thanks for your help :-)

It's possible to change login/name if available. PMing mods makes miracles ;)
