Apparently, Mother Shahraz can be solotanked by a rogue (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=6286469796&sid=1&pageNo=1).

I am impressed.

Ferals should be able to get to 100% dodge/miss too or?

It's significantly harder for them, due to the lack of parry, but with enough raid buffs/debuffs, it's possible. However, being untouchable is not enough - the tank also needs to generate sufficient amounts of threat, and that's where permadodging ferals fall behind (zero rage in bearform, not enough TPS in catform).

You do know ferals get rage from critting, and realise they'd have an insane critrate with the amount of agi they'd have?

Agro would not be a large problem due to rage generation, just would need to stay away from mauls now and then. Take for example Gurtog, where each tank is generaly getting noticable rage from damage only 1/3 of the fight or so. Some issues might pop up due to low amounts of AP however, since gearing towards ~106% dodge requires a lot of stats sacrifices.

This has been theory crafted for quite long time now, for both wars/druids and rogues. EJ had several threads going with possible gear lists etc. I guess that's one of the reasons sunwell is buffed with "radiance" stuff to prevent quite big holes in gear/class balance developement.

With Scorpid/Swarm debuffs up, a rogue can become unhittable even with Sunwell Radiance up. That's why all SWP bosses have an extra trick up their sleeves (Corrupting Strike, Stomp, Corrosion, etc.)

Not being able to taunt is enough to scupper any rogue attempts at tanking in the kalecgos encounter. Brutallus might actually be possible providing they can survive stomps initial hit and don't get burn at an akward time (clos the slash).

*tries to get the image of Brutallus surrounded by 23 soulstoned Rogues out of his head*

It can be done.
We have the technology.
We have the magic.
