Simple question

I have some copied DVD's from a friend I want to copy to my Hard Drive to watch back at a later date. Any ideas on how to do this with as little time/effort and software as possible :)

Thanks

What are you going to watch em on? PC or a DvD player?

Try something like http://www.dandans.com/EasyDVDRipper.htm
Or if your not worried about using shitloads of space just burn the dvds into disk images with nero or whatever you use...then mount em with daemon tools and play.

DVDs are getting harder and harder to rip due to advancing DVD protection still, especially the Sony ones :/. If you're ripping a DVD that was released a few years ago, DVD Decrypter will do the job nicely, if not then it might not do the job properly and you're looking at RipIt4Me or CloneDVD2 with AnyDVD running in the background.

/edit: ignore me, since the DVDs are copies to begin with I'm guessing there won't be much protection left. So DVD Decrypter it is.
