Plenty of tutorials out on the web to help you. However some browsers do not support this so are you sure that it is the best thing to go for? Are you using dreamweaver? The new version gives you easy to use Spry functions that could do all of that.

If your buttons and background design is that big that you think this is your only option maybe you should look at CSS and using less graphics?

Open to suggestions really... I only know how to photoshop, my html aint so hot. I'm doing it as a favour to a friend.

As said slice it up and make sure you use "save for web" function in photoshop. Give it a go and put up the link to whatever you manage to do and we can help you from there :D Even if you still want to use iFrame!

if you have dreamweaver making an HTLM website is a breeze imo
