I do it manually tbh :D

Anyways Ive heard that having a G15 keyboard makes it real easy to make such a macro, since I dont think WoW allows for time delays before next action (dunno tbh) which is possible in the G15's macro settings.

'F3', wait 1.5s, '4', wait 1.5s, 'F1'/'F2'

Although I was fortunate enough to have been blessed at birth with great big monkeyhands, making the all-important physical shift from the 'F3' key to the '4' key inside a 1.5s window that much easier.

Something like
/cast [nostance:3]Berserker Stance;Berserker Rage
/cast [nostance:2]Defensive StanceShould work for a mash "gimme fear immunity now" button. The logic being that it'll go to zerker stance if you're not in zerker, user zerker rage if you are, and swap to def stance if you're in zerker and zerker rage is on cooldown (this includes gcd).

Do it manually tbh. >_>

Something like
/cast [nostance:3]Berserker Stance; /dance
/cast [nostance:2]Defensive Stance; /cheer
dance baby, stance!

fixed

Go manual man...

Or if you got a mouse with mid button scroll, use the scroll to page thruough them.

Good way of getting used to it is binding alt-1, ctrl-1 and shift-1 to each stance too.

I have my stances set to F1, F2 and F3, that makes manual stance dance easy enough for me :)

It's just a case of practice, whatever keybinds you have it set to. E, Z then G for me; whatever floats your boat.

Im using overpower / pummel macros to help me with fast stance swithces, shift + mouseclick ftw.

Pummel : /cast [stance:3] Pummel; Berserker stance
Overpower : # show Overpower
/cast [stance:1] Overpower; Battle Stance

Half my keybindings are stance dance macros for pvp....makes life so much easier.

Im still using that macros Jarelan gave me ages ago , ofc modified after that patch
Battle stance+overpower
Zerker+intercept
Defensive+disarm
...makes life so much easier.

What I usually do to change stance is the horizontal flip function of my middle mouse button. As there is in all stances only 2 stances to switch to, 2 buttons is enough.

Battle: <- Zeker / Def ->
Def: <- Battle / Zerk ->
Zerk: <- Def / Battle ->

Oh and unless you use a fancy CD timer, don't place zerker rage on a bar that is hidden when you're not in zerker, obviousy ;)

I just manually click the stances......-.-

Got fuck all else to do with my mouse might as well leave it for that.

Targeting and turning?

I can do that still quite easy. I generally use tab to target though.

Well all my pvp is with no keybindings so i click on it all, its actually really nice when you trained it abit:P (i used it all my gametime)

Having done both, hotkeying makes your reaction times that much better.

You can hit beserker rage/Pummel/intercept etc those fractions quicker.

It makes your like easier using keybindings

I'd happily switch but i'm too stuck in my old ways, i'd take forever to get used to it now.

it does take time to get used to, but worth it in the long run.

Imo, it easier if you play an FPS just use the same bindings are you would there.

The way I see it I'll give the following example from my point of view.

I tend to hold right mouse button to look making A and D strafe keys (from old FPS games). So if I tried to overpower in berserker stance with no macro I would have to remove finger from right mouse button, locate cursor, click battle stance, then press overpower button, meanwhile trying to stay near the target and facing the right way.

With a macro I can keep my finger on the right mouse button, keep turing in line with the target and just hammer my overpower button twice, once to change stance and once to activate it. It just makes life that fraction easier and quicker, but PvP is about fractions.
