Only proper upgrade I have had so far is Magistrate's Greaves, from Titanic Leggings; and even that's just for the stamina.

Some DPS gear has been replaced, but nothing in the tanking gear department. Then again, i'm only 65 yet and T2 should last until around 67.

I think the same. Theres not much stuff to replace good raiding gear in the first levels. Like T2 or better. You also may have noticed that the first instances are a easy walk trough. Most things we can get are in the best case a slight upgrade to the current gear.

The first two parts of Hellfire Citadel are low as they are aimed at players coming through the Dark Portal - i.e. 58+.

As it is, most people seem to be getting there after doing a load of quests.
The route seems to be: come through the Dark Portal; decide Hellfire Peninsula is too crowded so moving to Zangarmarsh; need a city for banking etc so end up in Terrokar; hit level 63+ due to getting involved in quest and rep chains; sudden light comes on "ooh, I remember - Helfire Citadel, I want to do an instance".

So it's no wonder the drops aren't don't seem that great and the instance seems 'easy'.

with T2+ gear you may need to wait for the level 67+ instances and the quests in Shadowmoon Valley / Netherstorm in order to upgrade your gear...

for example, final boss in Sethekk Halls has some really nice drops:

Yeah there are so many nice leather/cloth but so far no decent plates and mails (for hunters well thats what my friend saying) I replaced so far 1 trinket, finger, back and neck. nothing form gear yet or wepons.

50% lvl 67 :/

Yeah I've found this to be a problem. Pretty much every plate quest reward is either pally crap or crap crap. At least warriors finally get some good epic DPS sets now instead of getting like one or two pieces of dps gear per raid instance.

probably as a compensation that i never got some items in beta (they always dropped only when i was playing the priest or the warlock) i got some decent drops:

a new tanking cloak on my first Slave Pens run:
Bogstrok Scale Cloak
Binds when picked up
Back
223 Armor
+22 Stamina
Requires Level 62
Equip: Increases defense rating by +16

a new tanking BP (i never got Wrath :():
Unscarred Breastplate
Binds when picked up
Chest Plate
932 Armor
+26 Strength
+21 Agility
+23 Stamina
Red Socket
Red Socket
Blue Socket
Socket Bonus: +4 Defense Rating

and on my first Mana Tombs run (i'm only level 62 atm):
a new shield:
Shield of the Void
Binds when picked up
Off Hand Shield
3234 Armor
68 Block
+24 Stamina
Durability 100 / 100
Requires Level 64
Equip: Increases defense rating by +16
Equip: Increases the block value of your shield by 24.

and some dps bracers... pretty close to Wristguards of Vengeance:
Nexus-Bracers of Vigor
Binds when picked up
Wrist Plate
433 Armor
+23 Strength
+13 Agility
+13 Stamina
Durability 45 / 45
Requires Level 64

now i need 2 more levels so i can wear them... :P

so, yeah it's a matter of luck... the items are there... hopefully i will get some drops i want faster then i waited for the BP of Valor...

The Outlands loot seems designed to help the large number of players who have not raided in Azeroth. So, good greens/blues to replace Tier0 and parts of Tier1. And with instances being reduced to 25 man raids they should get a better chance at getting into groups.

Those with Tier2 have nothing great until they hit much higher levels (67+) and start raiding again in Outlands.

The stuff I can remember...

Quest rewards:
Battlemaster's Breastplate (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31720)
Jade Warrior Pauldrons (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25715)
Bladefist's Breadth (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28041)
Perfectly Balanced Cape (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25712)
Dark Cloak of the Marsh (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25540)
Nomad's Woven Cloak (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28031)
Ogre Slayer's Band (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25775)
Honed Voidaxe (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25762)
Crystalline Kopesh (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25772)

PvP rewards:
Mark of Conquest (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27921)
Band of the Victor (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27833)
Splintermark (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27931)

Drops:
Hellreaver (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24044) - from Ramparts, a cakewalk instance. A Poleaxe-specced Arms warrior's wet dream, and blows anything pre-Rag/BWL out of the water.

"Gunmetal Valor" - Tenacious Defender (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24091), Ironblade Gauntlets (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24387), Ironsole Clompers (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24064), Unscarred Breastplate (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24363), Greaves of the Iron Guardian (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24456), Pauldrons of Brute Force (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24463), Nexus-Bracers of Vigor (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=25956) All warrior-oriented.

"Green Wrath" - Jade-Skull Breastplate (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28262), Fanblade Pauldrons (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27847) etc - a tanking set farmable at Level 70

We're not even two weeks into TBC, so we've barely scratched the surface of the content and loot available. Warriors who are well-geared from PvP/Raiding in Azeroth probably won't find many decent upgrades until mid-late 60s, but that hardly constitutes a "lack of decent loot".

many T2 items can be replaced starting with level 62-63 (replacing means in fact getting the items but you may need to wait a bit until you can wear them)... after level 67 you can replace some T3 items...

except maybe from some KT drops (i didn't really checked) all items can be replaced WITHOUT raiding... that means 5 man instances and without taking into account Heroic mode...
