Since I cant play WoW right now, I figured that I may as well play with the talent Cals´s at least. How does that one look, aimed for PVP. Any suggestions? (aware that stuff is still subject to change)

Well taking Call of thunder and Lighting mastery could be an idea too since that would be nice together with stormstrike imo

A bit of a waste in my eyes to go into Resto tree. The only really usefull talent beeing NS and I usually die anyway when I am forced to use it in BG´s. Healing Focus can be replaced by Eye of the Storm to a degree and pairing Stormstrike with Elemental Fury for some mad Shock crits is what makes the build, again imho, really good. Also, why waste points in DW? Two-handers should provide more burst

Call of thunder and Lightning mastery, yeah, sounds like an option too, did not really consider it. Although, when you are using it, you ain´t close, swinging tha big ass hammer or axe, hoping for that WF proc. Something I´d use from time to time, while the points in Unerelenting Storm / Mental Quickness will help a little with the mana

Stormstrike attacks with all equipped weapons, WF works on offhand, therefore burst is just as good for dual wield as all shaman instants include the offhand.

Hmm, didn´t knew that. Still, shouldn´t be as good with the higher offhand miss-rate? Unless it´s guarnteed hit. Which would make it imba with good weapons. Hmm hmm

SS and WF are specials, missrate is 5%, dual wield spec is 6% hit :P

Nice, so I guess it only boils down to what weapons I have access to.. and of course, personal prefference. Oh well, it´s a long way for my shammy to 70 anyway, gotta get myself there first to start.. once TBC is out

Enhancement PvP (http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/underdev/burningcrusade/shaman/talents.html?0000000000000000000050052301050013053 110005032350004013000000)

Improved Healing Wave is pointless in PvP since it will still be too slow.
Totemic Mastery only affects the friendly target totems so not much use
really in PvP where you are constantly on the move.
Focused Mind sounds interesting in combination with Healing Focus though.

Had a 60 shaman for a while now, used to PVP when not raiding. Made Rank 4-6 in a week of casual (relatively) PuG´ing.. then PoS PC screwed up, as you guys know.. sigh. There goes my plan to hit rank 11 before TBC

Imo if you go enhancement go all the way in enhancement so you don't need to respec everytime you go raiding (if you plan to do *any* PvE raiding that is). Nature's Guidance would be kinda must for dual wield thought :(

Shamanistic Rage is awesome for grinding to lvl 70.

Only meant for PVP, don´t plan to PVE at all (besides the odd group and of course, leveling to 70)
