The Developers are re-evaluating this talent. There is however no ETA for when a possible change may occur.

For raiding yeah. For PvP arms still rules (MS debuff + burst damage).

I see a nerf coming our way.

Loads of small hints from Vaneras (and others) on US forums that they might be seeing different ways of changes to rage-regen.

And why is it that it feels like they will change TM to something not as usefull as it is now?

Because no one likes epic warriors in pvp.

That'd be interesting. One of those talents for each tree, somewhat early in each talent tree as well...

Fury Tactics: Keeping plenty rage for overpower, when switching to battle.
Arms Tactics: Keeping plenty rage for whirlwind, after charging, when switching to berserker.
Defensive Tactics: Keeping plenty rage for... I dunno. Mocking blow when taunt fails?

Somehow I see them do that.... just with only defensive -_-

"Re-evaluating."

On changing stances, the warrior pauses for a minute of quiet reflection, and wonders if all the violence is really worth it. Tactical Mastery will reduce this minute by 10/20/30/40/50 seconds.

Bah, so much negativity. It just feels like a long time since we got any patch-love from Blizzard and I can't help but think that we're going to get the shaft in some way. Either by becoming less versatile, or being constrained to specific point distributions in order to remain viable.

I want to remain upbeat and hopeful, but it ain't easy.

When have we ever had patch-love?

It's funny, I *see* warriors talking but all I hear is 'whine whine bitch bitch moan bitch whine'.

Not sure if you saw this BTW:

Seeing as the shaman review has moved into patch 1.11, this merely increases the possibility of bringing some more focused attention on the warrior talents. If all we are left with is Rogues in 1.12, with the strong likelyhood of a 1.13 patch, we are looking at some space for the class designers to work with.

With regards to TM, no one has forgotten about the community's desire. The idea still stands that they would like to look at more, different rage management techniques or talents, rather than making TM a trained ability. Of course, that may change, as it did with other talent/abilities. It's still on the table, your concerns and theirs.

As it stands, the devs are looking into rage generation changes in the present. I am not sure of the exact nature of the changes, but it was a task I saw assigned. If I had to guess, I would say that changes of this nature might show up in 1.12. So, versitility of rage generation might preclude the necessity of TM.

So, some stuff is on the table now and the window grows wider for future changes. That's about the long and short of it ;)
